RESTORATION- to repair something that is broken to its former state or condition, bringing back what is lost. To make things right.

• We FAIL because we aren’t perfect. 

• We FAIL because of our brokenness

We are ALL broken. We need to be RESTORED in our relationship with God and others 

JESUS RESTORES US FROM OUR BROKEN CONDITION. 

JESUS’ RESTORING LOVE IS POWERFUL YET GENTLE.

NO MORE NEED FOR PERFORMANCES!

• No need to prove that I am SMART.

• No need to prove that I am BETTER THAN OTHERS.

• No need to prove that I am Good.

• No need to prove that I have Got it ALL.

• No need to prove that ____________________

JESUS’ RESTORING LOVE CAUSES US TO FOLLOW HIM BY:

-ABIDING IN HIS LOVE

John 15:7- If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. 8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so, you will be My disciples.9 “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love

-BEING OBEDIENT TO GOD

John 14:23- Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”

John 15:12- My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.

-DENYING ONESELF

 Matthew 16:24- Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. “

GOD uses our Failings and Brokenness to bring Him Glory.
